Creative Lives Radio Series
We worked with BBC Radio Norfolk and Creative Lives to produce a series of 5 radio shows. Showcasing food from around the world including Ukraine, Sudan and Iran. Bringing together refugees from different countries to cook, chat, laugh and eat was a dream come true for us and highlighted why we began this project. The language of food is universal and a truly great way to integrate and share love with our fellow humans. A huge thank you to our chefs and Rosa Torr for making this happen.

Woolf & Social Collaboration
During Refugee Week, some of our amazing volunteers created a 7 course tasting menu in collaboration with Francis Woolf from Woolf & Social. The menu included food from Sudan, Iran, Nigeria, Rwanda, Syria, Afghanistan, and Kurdistan. The chefs got to cook in a professional kitchen and had the expert guidance of Francis throughout the day and evening. Music was provided by Amy Nomvula and photos were taken by Jenny Foulds.
All funds raised went to support the work that the Zainab Project does for this community. A huge thank you to Francis Woolf and Rosa Torr for bringing this all together.
